shipping and handling (USA & Europe)

Depending on where you live and what method of shipping you choose when checking out, you will receive your order in two to ten days after processing of payment/order. Normal shipments are done with USPS 3-4 Day Priority,UPS or Swiss Post (airmail). We can expedite your shipping for an additional charge:

Overnight within the USA - $8.00 extra

For overnight delivery(DHL), orders must be submitted Monday thru Friday by 12 p.m. noon EST. Orders placed on Friday or weekends arrive on Tuesday. For overnight, we can not ship to P.O. boxes.

For bulky shipping items such as bikes,or multiple bike parts and shoes to locations other then USA or Europe, we must quote on a case by case basis.

returns and exchanges

Vintage Velos will replace any defective, unused, unworn clothing item with the same item or item of equal value within 30 days of purchase or offer a full refund in the manner item was paid for. Clothing returned for SIZE EXCHANGE must be returned to the address below within 30 days of purchase and returned in original condition (unused/unwashed) with original bag & tags if any. Insure your return shipment. Vintage Velos assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments.

FOR SIZE EXCHANGE: YOU MUST PUT A NOTE IN WITH THE RETURNED ITEM STATING WHICH SIZE YOU NEED AND YOUR ADDRESS! NO NOTE, NO EXCHANGE.

FOR REFUND: RETURN THE ITEM TO THE ADDRESS BELOW & ADVISE WITH A NOTE YOUR NAME, CREDIT CARD NUMBER, EXP DATE, & ADDRESS. WE DO NOT KEEP CREDIT CARD INFO ON FILE.
